I’ve lived in many, many houses and towns in my life but have never lived in a street with greater comraderie than Windsor Road in Kew. Halloween is the time when all the stops come out and there’s incredible show of creative flair and fun. As ever, I enjoy documenting the efforts and sharing these in our WhatsApp group.
